Music in the Nave announces its 20th season
The Church of the Holy Spirit kicks off its 20th Music in the Nave season with a performance by ensemble amarcord, one of the hottest male a capella ensembles performing today. The performance is Sunday, February 22 at 4 p.m.
The season continues on Sunday, March 22 at 4 p.m. with Corky Siegel's Chamber Blues, led by Chicago legend Corky Siegel who incorporates his Chamber Blues into a performance that walks between Beethoven and B.B. King.
The final concert will be a concert by the Asbury Brass Quintet on Sunday, April 26 at 4 p.m. The performance features musical energy, displaying the exciting sound of brass with music from five centuries.
The Church of the Holy Spirit is located at 400 East Westminster, Lake Forest, one block east of the Lake Forest train station on the Metra Union Pacific North Line. All Music in the Nave performances are offered free of charge (free-will offering) and are open to the community.
