In addition to our Sunday morning programming we offer many fun and exciting activities throughout the year.  Some of our most popular events are:

  • Vacation Bible School 
  • Wednesday evening Lenten program called "Walk with Jesus"
  • Advent programs, such as wreath making and "TipToe to Bethelhem" series
  • Halloween party
  • Christmas Pageant

This year nearly 75 children participated in our Christmas Pageant held  the week before Christmas.  Each church school class is assigned a role in the pageant from angels, doves, animals, shepherds, sheep, kings and the main characters played by our Confirmation students.  This is one the highlights of our Christmas season.

Early in June we gather with our young children in a four-day Vacation Bible School that brings amazing life and energy to this church.  This program is open to the community and we gather every morning singing, playing, learning Bible stories, singing songs, having snacks and raising money for a mission effort.  This all-volunteer effort is a beautiful way to kick off the summer and get kids singing about God.  Vacation Bible School will be held Tuesday, June 10 through Friday, June 113, from 9 a.m. until noon.

Plus, we offer specific curriculum programs targeted to individual groups like our four-week Third Grade  Communion Class that gives these participants one-on-one time with our clergy to learn more about worship, communion and their faith journey.

To enforce our church commitment to serving others, the Family Ministry team works directly with our Mission & Outreach (M&O) committee that explores new and existing ways to fund faith based charity organizations at the local, regional, national and international level.  Our Sunday school students, our Confirmation classes and our Youth Group are all actively involved in helping others in need in the world.  Some of the organizations we support are:
